Southeast Child and Family Services employs more than 300 staff across eleven (11) locations, working in both unionized and non-unionized environments. Approximately 55% of our workforce is Indigenous, reflecting our commitment to building a workforce that represents the communities and families we serve.

Our Human Resources team is committed to supporting employees throughout their employment with the Agency by providing guidance, resources, and responsive HR services.
